20161209top.jpgPTNA will provide a 1day internship program on Feb.16th 2017. The program will consist of two parts; a lecture about PTNA and its activities, and discussion and presentation about the music education in general. PTNA is calling for music college / graduate college students who would like to improve the problem-solving skill, to get used to the group discussion and presentation, to know the reason why PTNA keeps developing the music education industry, and to know the activities and working environment of PTNA. This internship program relates to the recruitment for the year 2017.

PTNA has acquired and connected a variety of personalities and perspectives in order to seek and prove the value of music collectively. PTNA regards music education as one of the elements of society, and believes its growth would contribute to the prosperity of society at large. Therefore, we think it important to ask fundamental questions like "What is the value of music?" "How can we increase the opportunity for school kids to listen to music?" etc.

Seikoh Fukuda, CEO of PTNA, says, "25% of elementary school kids learn piano on a private basis, which proves that a number of parents think it necessary. In fact, it is proven that piano would improve the individual ability in many ways; logic-emotion, brain-body, preparation-improvisation. In addition, music enables us to communicate with people with different languages and cultural backgrounds. Music, as a common language among the global world, would bring us opportunities to play together, and open minds to each other. I believe that if the value of music education and its impact to society would be acknowledged further, piano education would possibly become recommended and incorporated in the school curriculum in the future. PTNA office is looking for personalities who believe in the value of music and do whatever we can today."
