In-Depth Study of Required Repertoires of 2017 PTNA Piano Competition next March

ptna_20161222top.jpgThe 41st PTNA Piano Competition will announce its required repertoires on March 1st, 2017. On the same day, the special lecture for the solo division (grade A2-D) will be held at the Daiichi-Seimei Hall, Tokyo. The event will begin with the keynote speech by Mitsuyo Esaki, the chairperson of the Required Repertoires Selection Committee. Lectures will be conducted by 4 pianists, Shohei Sekimoto (Baroque period), Akira Wakabayashi (Classical period), Shinosuke Tashiro (Roman period), and Yusuke Kikuchi (Modern period).  On the next day, the lecture for the duo division will be held at the Hamarikyu-Asahi hall. Followed by the keynote speech, lectures will be led by Tsunehito Nakai & Miwako Takeda, and Takashi Fujii & Yoshie Shiramizu (Pianoduo Deu'or).

Participants of the e-learning service will be able to see all the programs online from March 10th.
