Do you know the PTNA Passport? It can be obtained when you participate in the PTNA Piano STEP for the first time. After that, every time you take part in some events to perform on stage, you can receive and put a stamp on 'My Stage' pages to keep a record. 'My Stage' allows wherever you perform in public, such as competitions, concerts, recitals, etc. PTNA encourages lifelong music learning and awards the achievements of every additional 5 stamps to those who continuously perform on stage.

There are some participants who enjoy collecting stamps with special designs that are attached to locality or specialty of individual events. Recently, Japan Bach Music Concours starts to provide a special designed stamp. This competition, one of the partners of PTNA affiliate competition network, was inaugurated by Prof.Naomi Ishii 5 years ago, and has grown rapidly. Prof.Ishii always encourage students to learn spontaneously and independently, that resulted in the publication of a collection of Bach pieces. As it omits any descriptions, it allows them to think fingerings, articulations, dynamics, structures, all by themselves.
